The chair pockets will allow my students to be more organized and help them take advantage of every minute they have in school. The students will be able to store their books in their chair pocket which will enable them to quickly and easily find their books for reading time. They will no longer feel frustrated about finding their books that have become mixed in with their folders and supplies in their desk. Also, the books in my classroom library are less likely to get damaged if they have their own place to be stored. I can already see the smiles on my students' faces as I announce that it is reading time and they can quickly and easily grab the book that they have been waiting to read all day. Chair pockets also make it convenient for students to take out a book when they finish their work early. They won't have to look through their desk and disturb a fellow classmate.
