Our school's PBIS framework is a fun and creative way to cultivate a positive school culture that focuses on teaching and reinforcing positive behaviors. At Hoover Elementary, we strive to create a culture of positivity because we know that this directly influences students' academic success and social/emotional well-being. Students can earn tickets for demonstrating respectful, responsible, and safe behaviors. They then use these tickets to purchase prizes and rewards, such as exciting stickers and pencils. This system helps to teach and reinforce these positive behaviors in our school. In these trying times, our PBIS budget to buy items such as these prizes has been greatly reduced. Any donation is greatly appreciated!
