We have a shortage of devices in my district, which has forced many teachers to surrender their devices in order to accommodate the need for devices. If I were to get my project funded, I'd use my new MacBook to deliver virtual instruction to my caseload of students. Until we get enough devices, our students are learning by way of paper packet. I fear that my students will fall behind during their Senior year, I want to be available to help them in any way I can. Having sufficient technology, especially now, is very important in this digital world. This year my students have quite the work load: Algebra 3, Earth and Space Science, English IV, Govt & Economics, etc..I want to be proactive about remediation, instead of reactive. Also, I will be graduating with my Masters of Arts in Teaching Special Education in May, I am very excited and honored to be graduating along with my first bunch of babies. I have so much planned for us this year!
