This project will help all of my students start a comprehensive school counseling program from their homes and transition to in-school counseling. With these items students will learn how to cope and manage their feelings, including stress and anxiety. They will have a space, both virtual and in-person, where they will feel safe and supported and will be able to work through their problems. With these materials, I will be able to fully support students and we will work together to learn healthy coping skills and problem-solving skills, regulate emotions, and build positive relationships.
