These goals will allow my students to try floor hockey for a new activity. Floor hockey is a great activity for working on hand eye coordination and cardiovascular fitness, as well as some teamwork skills. Floor hockey is a great way to get students running and sweating during their gym time which, in turn, gets them ready to learn in the classroom. During the winter months in our community, our school physical education class is the only physical activity many of our kids get everyday due to the winter weather conditions.

About my class
