My students are 10-14 years old, yet many have younger siblings they are going to have to care for while also learning from home. Something as simple as headphones increases their focus; something as simple as an agenda maintains their organization. Such simple things that we all take for granted! Many of my students share rooms with siblings that are also engaging in remote learning, have learning differences, and will be most affected by the growing equity gap due to remote learning. This will help them in their journeys towards success!
