My students will be so excited to have a variety of fidget toys that they can squish, pull, bend, and explore as they complete their work in class. Sometimes having a squishy brain ball or object to hold is just what a student needs to meet their sensory needs and help them to focus on the learning at hand. I look forward to seeing my students' faces as they see the dolls that look like and resemble them; the dollhouse in my room is one of my students' favorite places to play and practice their communication skills with a friend or two. Students will enjoy listening to and reading The Color Monster: A Story of Emotions. They will learn to identify and express their own emotions and will be able to help our dolls act them out as well!
