The Shamrock Project helps young adults with disabilities transition from school to the world of work. We focus on soft skills that students need to master in order to be successful in the workplace. We also focus on independent living skills such as cooking, cleaning, budgeting, bill paying and laundry. My interns utilize Chromebooks for in-person and virtual learning, but they are distracting without headphones. This project is requesting headphones which will enhance students' learning by allowing them to focus. The printer and file cabinet will be for the printing and secure storage of required legal documents outlining their education goals.
