The materials and supplies that I am requesting will make a big difference in my student's learning. Since we all be working remotely this semester, I want them to have the experience as close as possible as if they are in a regular classroom. With so much computer time this year, I want them to be able to design and problems solved with their hands and conduct science lab challenges that connect to real-life situations. My biggest goal this year is that each one of my students received a science lab kit with a variety of materials so they can follow me along or try on their own. I will be providing them with many disposable items, such as oil, rubbing alcohol, glue, salt, sugar, balloons, straws, etc..., but they need the most basic equipment to feel like true scientists working on their classrooms. Help my students to have a piece of the school at home.
