This portable whiteboard will play an integral part in implementing personalized learning for the diverse learning needs in my classroom. While there is some whole-class instruction each day, the majority of my teaching takes place in small groups. Students enter 4th grade at all different levels of ability. It is my job to diagnose students’ needs and help them progress from where they are academically. Learning cannot happen with a ‘one size fits all’ approach. Therefore, one-on-one and small-group instruction can happen in a socially-distanced classroom more effectively with a portable whiteboard.
