My students are going to be learning in a much different environment this year! During a typical year, students sit at tables with 3-4 peers and share communal supplies. This year we will begin with a hybrid learning mode in order to keep classrooms at 50% capacity. Students will attend school face-to-face two days a week and complete virtual learning for the remaining three days. As of right now, I will have 12 students in both of my groups. These plastic storage boxes will ensure each student has a safe place for folders, notebooks, math manipulatives, pencils, markers etc. Students will be able to keep these boxes at their desk each day to eliminate movement around the classroom. When students are learning from home, these boxes will be sanitized and stored safely until they return.
