The resources from Teachers Pay Teachers will make a difference in student learning because it has resources to help me enhance specific lessons. Some in particular, are Power Point presentations that I can add details tailored to my students. It frees up a great amount of time dedicated to the Power Point and allows me to focus on the other duties I am required to fulfill and more time for my students. The Power Point presentations make the text more interesting to listen to and allows for active participation and engagement. This can be used for at home learning, as well. I plan on recording my voice to accompany the Power Point for those students who need it and are learning from home.The part of the lesson is for "listening and learning," therefore, the students only listen to the story and can see pictures that accompany it. The edited Power Point feature, allows me to add text along with the pictures, questions, answers, etc. for my visual learners. I also incorporate "Show Down" to make sure the students are engaged throughout as they anticipate those questions that require them to write down their answer and hold up for display. They really enjoy it.
