Hello! My name is Marissa Basalone and I am a first-year special education teacher. I will be working to support 5th-grade students to develop life and social skills to become productive and independent individuals. Because this is my first year teaching and the first year this program has been implemented in my district, I do not have all the materials I need to make this class as successful as it could be. One skill these students will be learning is cooking. The microwave and small refrigerator will be used to teach simple cooking skills. Any donation would be so greatly appreciated by myself, my students, and my district. Thank you!
