The parachute and song activities will help build gross motor skills all while enjoying music and movement. Due to social distancing restrictions, we have less time on our school playground. This parachute will allow us to have some gross motor activities to make up for less time spent on the playground. The Dublo LEGO STEAM park set will help students build fine motor skills as well as their creativity. Having additional LEGO, would allow us to give each child their own box to keep at school with LEGO. This will allow children to engage in this fun learning activity and minimize spread of contagious diseases such as COVID19. Art supplies will allow us to build more fine motor skills while learning artistic expression. Each child having their own individual water color panel, will allow children to engage in art activities and minimize spread of contagious diseases such as COVID19. Durable, plastic containers will allow us to have more materials out and available on a daily basis for our students to make independent choices. They can also be used to organize materials for individual students to prevent germ spreading that happens when materials are shared between students.
