STEM materials such as LEGOs, popsicle sticks, building blocks, play dough, dominoes, pipe cleaners, and others like this will help me to create a fun, hands-on, and engaging learning experience for my second graders. With these materials, my students will be able to put their creativity to work. This would be ideal for early finishers, centers, fine motor practice, behavior incentives, and more. These STEM materials will be great for kinesthetic learners, spatial learners, and logical learners who will love exploring the different possibilities for the building materials as they try to construct challenging structures. Knowing how creative my second graders are, I know they will love this!
