Currently, we have no way to effectively project in our room. With budget constraints, it is also hard to receive technology that would better our students education in the classroom. Many teachers in our school have received the TV and TV stand and talk about how successful it has been in their room! For our students, it will create continuity between other classrooms that they are in. We will be able to project from our computer during small groups, and provide options for movement breaks. Our students love to have a structured way to get their wiggles out. We love using Gonoodles for our movements! It is our hope by having a projection area with the TV and stand, that the students will continue to find ways to be successful in the activities we do together. It will be so helpful in our community meetings and small groups to be able to project. Currently, we try to walk our computer around to show each student. By having the TV and stand, we will be able to spend more time engaging in the activities that we share with our students. This will be a huge benefit to our room, not only for this year, but also the years to come.
