Students will be learning how to play ukulele this year. I won a grant for 17 ukes at the end of 2020 and need several more to complete a class set. I typically have between 25-30 students in a classroom. I also need tuners to help teach them how to tune the instrument. Students also need some new programs to learn to sing and perform. I want to teach them some new fun and familiar tunes to build their confidence. These two programs are both fun and familiar. The "Pajama Party" program allows the kids a fun time to sing about bedtime routines and they can even perform in their pajamas. What's more fun than that? The Holiday - "I sing, You Sing" book is about familiar holiday tunes that they put together into a program. Both of these books will be great fun for the children to learn. A few other resources will help me in the classroom.
