Learning in the outdoors in a social distance friendly world! Our students love learning outside but I am sure every outdoor classroom will be booked up this year, thanks to our friend COVID. I am trying to think outside the box for how we can get outside for class so my students can take mask breaks, and still learn and maintain the best possible education I can provide. My solution is to provide students with portable tables to work at and use some of the folding chairs that we already have at the school. They will be easy to sanitize, can be moved to nice shady locations throughout the day, boost their spirits with some fresh air and sunshine, as well as help keep their mind focused on learning.
