These tools will be sent to students in kits to help supplement their virtual learning. The manipulatives will help students understand the topics through hands-on interactions with the materials. In prior years in the classroom, we would often share manipulatives within the class. With the virus, our students are learning online and do not have access to these tools. I added both Language Arts and math materials to send my students as these are two areas of focus in first-grade. By donating to our class, you will be helping these students increase their understanding of mathematics and literacy.
