The Cuisine Art Food Processor will be a necessary addition to my FACS kitchen. Last year there were several times when I had to avoid trying certain recipes because they required the use of a food processor, and I only had old and outdated blenders that wouldn't do the trick. This school year, if we have a quality food processor, my students will not be limited in the food lab activities that they so earnestly want to try. Having this type of reliable kitchen equipment will allow for increased efficiency and the ability to showcase another way for food to be transformed.
