Scientific calculators will help my students compute algorithms that they will tie to real world concepts that will provide them with problem solving skills for their future. Mathematics is an absolute necessity for the students to be successful as adults. These calculators will ensure that my students all have equal access to the tools they need to be successful in class regardless of their financial background. At the high school level, students will move into higher levels of math including trigonometry and calculus. The functions on a scientific calculator will help them master these concepts.
