I am a literacy teacher behind a math teacher. I think reading offers us a new way to look at ideas that we never would have been able to visualize ourselves. Reading has a place in the math classroom which is why I decided to create this project. These books in the project will support my visual learners and introduce new topics between lessons. It is a new way to create discussions in the math classroom! We will reference the books when we move forward in lessons to build word problems and connections.
