I will create a quiet corner where students can spend some time calming down or just having a mental break surrounded by soft pillows, staff animals, socio-emotional books, smells from a diffuser and lights that inspire tranquility. The creation of a classroom quiet corner will help young students to develop socio emotional skills like breathing and relaxing when confronted with emotion/ feelings Young students socio- emotional strategies are as important as acquiring academic skills. There is no doubt in my mind that this area will benefit all my students. I need your unconditional support, so this project can become a reality. Thanks!!
