Adding these hands on literacy games and floor seats to our classroom will allow my kindergarten students the change to have fun working independently while being able to change location. During this unprecedented time, my 5 and 6 year olds are required to social distance and not share materials. With limited classroom supplies, my students can only choose from a handful of fun and hands on literacy games during their center time. Adding these literally games will allow them to choose an activity to work on and have fun with independently! It also will allow them to have more choice during their independent time. We also do not have a rug for our room so these floor seat will allow them a change to change location and get out of their desks!
