These materials will allow for each of our students to receive a copy of a read aloud along with a bag of materials to be used during our synchronous Zoom reading blocks because we will be starting the year remotely. We are working on annotating and being able to determine the central idea of pieces of text. Our goal is for students to have exposure to rich, complex texts and have the resources to annotate, deep dive into characters' motivations, and ultimately give them the tools necessary to make them chapter book superheroes!
