A document camera that is easily compatible and functional with Zoom would benefit my student’s learning. For Read Alouds, I like to display the book as well as have them follow along so they can have a reference. For Writing and Reading Workshops, modeling examples through a document camera would enhance the learning experience for them. I would be able to show how to use post-it’s for taking notes while reading or to make changes in their own writing. Using a whiteboard for math would be visually more presentable through a document camera. Some functions are just not easily accessible digitally when teaching a math lesson.
