The DMSM are involved with a mentoring program, in which 2 to 3 males are teamed up with 2 or 3 staff members (teachers and support staff), to meet with the male students for at least 30 minutes per week to go over grades, current events, personal events, sports, and others. In June, we want to end with a celebration in which we want to teach the students how to tie a bow tie, so they can be ready for job interviews and the outside world. The bow ties match our school colors. This would be great. Thanks.
