Tha will be my first year teaching and I couldn’t be more excited to have obtained my dream job! As this new school year approaches, I am thinking of how to best engage my learners My students function best on a work to earn system. This new organizer will provide storage and access to items and activities that students can earn after completing their work. The timers will provide learners with a clear expectation of how long they have to stay on task before their earn work to earn time with a preferred activity. They also work to earn Eagle dollars which they can save and spend to buy preferred items or activities. Clipboards will hold individual student data and allow students to work in different places around the classroom. This will be even more important as we return to school through a hybrid model and students will only attend school two days a week.
