My English department has decided not to distribute our new supply of high-interest novels and have decided to share PDFs of these novels instead. This spring, I saw how this does not work for students, and I want to find another way to support them and provide some normalcy as we embark on this new journey. With so much screen time for students, I want them to have the chance to read these high-interest novels physically and not just on their screens. Time and time again, my students have told me how they don't have any grade-level books of their own. With your help, we can make this happen and help them start their own personal libraries as young adults.
