Currently, my school has a limited amount of equipment for use in the gym. I want to make the most of the time I have with these students while keeping them safe and socially distanced. These colored floor spots allow young K-2 students to remain on their spots, move around the gym to stations clearly marked by color coordinating cones, and reduce close contact by providing visual aids on the spots for station exercises. Students are learning how to move safely around the gym and by having additional cones to use for reference to send groups of students to, it will reduce confusion and increase exercise time. These colored polyspots on the gym floor will be used for dancing, balancing, sensory walks, various fitness exercises, playing musical dots, soccer skills, relay races, waiting in line, and much more!
