In our school system, we are not provided with science and social studies curriculum materials. I have requested to use grade level funding to pay for this magazine, but I was told that was not allowed. My students desperately need this magazine to help teach them about their world. Most of my students are living with guardians (not their parents) and parents only have supervised visitation. Most of these students were born addicted to drugs and are suffering the consequences of their parents' actions. I also have 7 virtual learners and I desperately need this resource to help my students at home. Please help us out! We live in a very poverty-stricken community that needs help!
