I have a group of 35 students in each class. Online classes are not like usual on-campus classes and we have a 35 students group talk. It is hard for kids to express themselves and I am worried about it. Through this project, students can set up one-to-one meetings at least one time per month with me, and in the meeting, we can go over student's needs and check their performances face to face. Not only will these one to one meetings provide a warm and welcoming classroom atmosphere that helps students feel valued in it but also it'll give my students a great opportunity to talk in person and tell me if anything needs to be done to have better academic performances.
