These books will be used for literature circles in my high school special education English class. They selected this book as a class and I am thrilled for the opportunity to have discussions with my students around diversity using a NEW novel! Each student will have their own copy of the book. This will be especially helpful as we are not allowed to share materials, must stay 6 feet apart, and will potentially have to go remote again. Individual books allow for much more flexibility in spacing and sanitation. Students can also take their books home if we close again!
