This large whiteboard will help with classroom flow and management. This year where we are more virtual than normal, more space means less breaks in instructional videos, as I don't need to erase as much and I can have more pieces prepared before I start recording. In future years, This large board offers me a space to put class objectives and warm ups for each of my 6+ preps and not stress to rush and put those on the board wasting the beginning of class time! Rocketbook Beacons will make creating high quality slides for my virtual lesson videos and notes easy to make and make the colors pop so that what I put on the board will be easier to read. In future years where students are more present in the classroom, these can be a great way for them to supplement their notes, as they make pictures of the whiteboard easy to take from any angle! Lastly I also put the Pilot V erase markers, as a way to make using these resources more eco-friendly. These markers are refillable and are much better at using every last drop of ink than your average dry erase marker. In the long run this means less ink waste, less plastic waste, and less money spent on buying new markers.
