Our school goal is to develop literacy in all subjects. The program is called "DEAR" - Drop Everything and Read. Many classes take the first ten minutes of the period for students to read materials they have chosen. In order to implement this program I need to develop a library tailored to the beginning Spanish student. Our main school library does not have a selection of materials. Since we are utilizing blended learning, the students will be able to pick up materials when they attend class and take them home for enrichment. My goal is to grow the library and provide new materials every year.
