This year we brought a new teammate to our 3rd grade crew who shared an amazing reading resource with me. After looking at it, I think it is just what my kids need to be engaged and learn reading strategies. The books are diverse and interesting, but I don't have a copy of each book to use for read alouds. Due to distance learning and the quarantine of certain items, I would like my own copy of the books to have for my students to use for the entire week's worth of lessons. We also can't interlibrary loan this year, so if our school doesn't have the book, we won't be able to get it from another school. I really love how the creator of this product has connected reading, vocabulary, grammar, and phonics to make the learning cohesive. I really think my kids will help recoup any missed learning from last spring with these books and the lessons.
