For each of these items, I have multiple scholars in mind who will greatly benefit from hands-on learning for their social emotional development and resiliency during this difficult time. Mental health and self awareness has never been more important, and I am passionate about making sure that all of our scholars have everything they need to be successful this year and beyond. With this project, my scholars will have journals to reflect on their emotional well being, fidget tools to help them focus throughout difficult times, and tools that will help them identify and express emotions. I'm so excited to watch my scholars develop their understanding of themselves and thrive even in this time of incredible adversity.
