As this school year approaches in these uncertain and sometimes stressful times, I have done much reflecting on what I can do to make my classroom feel safer for my students and my myself. I have always tried to make my classroom my "home away from home," and this year I had to remove many things that I took the time to place in my classroom to make it feel more like home. My classroom does not have windows and not much for air circulation at that. I would like to place these air purifiers in my classroom to help clean the air we will breath during our school day. I feel as though having these will help me to feel more at ease about having 25+ students in my classroom at one time, but I also feel as though this could also help my students to feel better about being in my classroom. In a nutshell, I am trying to continue to provide a safe environment for my students to learn, feel comfortable, and feel safe. Thank you for your consideration and I appreciate anything you can do to help!
