Technology changes the way students collaborate, create, communicate, and think. Bringing more technology into the classroom through the use of laptops will enhance my students’ learning and better prepare them for the 21st century. Using the laptops, my super scientists will engage in several types of digital learning while working both independently and collaboratively. Digital activities include: inquiry projects where students will work independently to collect information from multiple sources; vocabulary lessons where students will watch short video clips, analyze a diagram, and read a short text; interactive notebooks where students will complete various activities and investigations; and escape rooms where students can test their knowledge of a scientific concept while collaborating with others to crack the code and “escape” the room. Join me in making all of this possible for my super scientists!!!
