These books will help to amplify the voices of young people. Helping students to understand the power of knowing who they are, understanding systems within society, and working to elevate their voices. More importantly, these books are highlighting antiracist texts and helping them to learn how to create an antiracist world. Students will read antiracist texts, participate in healthy dialogue, and complete reflective activities that will address their social and emotional well-being. Students will also create a plan of hosting and facilitating an event/s and activity/s that will help to create an antiracist world.
