With the need to limit contact between students and class supplies, a class set of calculators in Math becomes a problem. Although some students would be able to provide their own calculator, many won’t. I would like to be able to check out calculators for the year to students who cannot provide their own. This will allow students to have their own to bring to and from class and have at home in case of a shut down or quarantine. If I can provide this, then I can completely eliminate the need to try and sanitize class calculators between each class and students can leave my class everyday with the tools they need for whatever circumstances may arise this school year.
