These items will help my students learn through the ability to move while remaining attentive to learning activities. In today's world of constant sanitizing and restricted movement students with Autism will find it difficult to adapt in the classroom. Many students with Autism require opportunities to move, stretch, and exercise within an individualized space. These materials will help create a quiet learning space for the student to participate in teaching activities. They will be able to wobble on the stool while reading a book or bounce their feet on bands while counting. No matter what center or area they are working in, there will be a safe and sanitary option for movement.
