The apple pencils will provide my high school students the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of digital art, graphic design, and animation. Research shows the power art has on students' creativity, innovation, and problem-solving skills. These are skills that our current workforce is looking for and is lacking from students coming out of high school and college. The goal of the project is to give students an opportunity to connect art with technology and get them thinking about the future of art and creativity. Essentially preparing students for the workforce.

About my class
