I want to give my students a year to remember. I want them to walk into my room on the first day to see a low lit room. They will be seated and assigned a project case to keep their belongings for themselves. Learning in a new environment is risky, so lets make it comfortable. I want my students to feel loved and cared for. Even if we have to send them to learn at home, I want them to be able to take a piece of school like their project case. So they feel like they are as important as they are to me.
