These books will make a difference in my students' learning by allowing students to participate, relate to, and feel included in our virtual read alouds! When we hopefully return to the classroom, my students will have the opportunity to choose what book they wish to immerse into during independent reading time! Students can share with the class what the story meant to them and how important it is to learn about people and the world around us. Students will be closer to understanding the importance of culture and embracing diversity!

About my class
