These books will be available in the classroom, and students can borrow them and take them home to read once we return back to school in order to encourage 20 minutes of daily reading at home. My goal is that we will have enough books donated, so that the first grade teachers, my second grade co-teacher, and our school's third grade teacher will be able to have access to these books for their students, too! With reading levels varying greatly in the early grades, these beginner chapter books can become a useful tool for our entire hallway to share and utilize.
