These instruments will help my students to create and compose their own music as we focus on Social and Emotional Learning during the COVID pandemic. Using color coded instruments allows our students to read music easier, especially for students who struggle with reading. Boomwhackers will be a great tool to play harmony while singing or read music and play a melody. We currently do not have enough instruments for students to have their own. The additional instruments will allow all students to participate in music making at the same time! When all students have their own instrument to make music they can all feel included in class!
