I am use to buying shared supplies out of my own pocket, gladly. This year I need to individualize everything. Carpet squares will be key for story time, pails for a fun way of storing crayons and learning tools. Placements for eating lunch in our classroom. I am determined to make the new normal, exciting and not intimidating. My students, who will be with me for a 2nd year, gave remote learning all they had, they were high achievers in my school. I want them to be excited about this new learning.
