I am requesting a document camera which will help to make content comprehensible, for the gradual release of responsibility, to show information visually, and to develop independent learners. This document camera will allow me to record lessons, share pages in books, showcase student writing, and help students step by step through math problems. It is imperative that students have this wonderful document camera to help them gain access to something in every subject! One aspect I am incorporating into my classroom this year is multi-genre writing projects. Students will need to be able to see examples of this wonderful cross-curricular project and using the document camera will be perfect since they cannot hold it in their hands.

About my class
