My colleagues and I, aka: Team On Top (TOT), want to ensure that our scholars have a consistent space to make virtual learning go as smoothly as possible. Many of our students nationwide have been thrown into virtual learning without the rituals and routines they were accustomed to in the physical face to face classroom setting.
